Karlfeldt & Delgado Capital

When it was first created, K&D Capital acted as a venture capital fund for companies coming into the AVIX stock exchange. Buying the companies entire IPO in order to speed up their growth process, as well as creating an eventual return on K&D Capital’s investment. Second life media specialties were originally funded by K&D Capital and have since grown into a flourishing company.

After the complete resell of that IPO to the public for a return of L$108,000 net profit, while K&D Capital was in search of their next company. The AVIX exchange revoked K&D Capital’s ability to fully fund IPOs, and now is only able to buy 25% max of any one company during IPO. Due to this fundamental change in the prospectus, K&D Capital has since spread into trading company where by K&D Capital will find companies on any market private or public. That are under valued or expected to make very good or great returns.

November 2nd 2007, Karlfeldt & Delgado Capital has been sold to Dezmond Martinek and is in public trade on SLCapEx at www.slcapex.com
